What is the difference between the $5 and $20 reservation?
The $5 Standard reservation applies toward the $199 annual subscription plan. The $20 Founder reservation applies toward a one-time $199 payment and includes lifetime access with no recurring subscription to use Carely.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Both the $5 and $20 reservations are fully refundable at any time before completing the final payment.
When will I pay the remaining balance?
You will only complete the remaining payment once your batch is ready to ship. You are not charged automatically.
When will Carely ship?
Founder reservations are prioritized and are expected to ship within approximately 1 month in the United States. Standard reservations are scheduled for later production batches and are expected to ship in approximately 6 months. We will email you with updates before your batch ships, and you will only complete the remaining payment once your unit is ready for delivery.
