Carely was founded by Lisa and Mikko, former caregivers from Finland and New York, who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to care for aging parents while balancing work, family, and distance. Their goal was to build a solution that brings clarity and reassurance without taking away independence.
In November 2025, they secured venture funding to build Carely responsibly and accelerate a new standard of proactive, family-centered care.
Carely is developed by Minnet Company Inc., a startup founded in 2024 and led by three founders with consumer electronics experience and a track record of building successful products. Minnet Company Inc. completed a top-tier VC fundraising round in November 2025 and is now beginning controlled production in carefully managed batches.
Carely is built with certified components and designed to scale responsibly, with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term trust.
