What do I get as a beta participant?

You’ll receive early access to Carely before public launch and keep the device at no cost after completing the beta program.

What is expected from me during the beta?

We ask participants to join short 30-minute calls every two weeks to share feedback based on real-life caregiving experiences.

Why is there a $20 deposit?

The $20 deposit helps cover shipping costs and ensures committed participation in the program. It is fully refundable before onboarding.

When will I receive the device?

The next batch of Carely prototype devices is scheduled to ship in April. We will keep you updated before shipping begins.

What happens after I place a deposit?

After your deposit is confirmed, a team member will contact you to guide you through onboarding and next steps via a short online call.
